While combining a structured yet gentle approach, I help people gain confidence, clarity, energy and effectiveness using a coaching dialogue, psychological first aid and, or tailor-made mix of Bach flower remedies.

My work draws on over 15 years of international experience from over 30 countries as a manager, lecturer, consultant and a coach in humanitarian emergency and development contexts.
